Partner Contract Agreement

This Partner Contract Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding document made and entered into by and between:

1. JustSeva (operated by Just Seva Private Limited), a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at [Insert Full Address], hereinafter referred to as the “JustSeva” or the “Platform” (which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to include its successors, administrators, legal representatives, and permitted assigns);

AND

2. You (the Service Partner/Professional/Business Owner), an individual or legal entity, who has voluntarily registered on the JustSeva Partner App/Website, hereinafter referred to as the “Partner” (which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to include your heirs, legal representatives, successors, and permitted assigns).

Purpose of the Agreement

  • This Agreement sets forth the terms, conditions, rights, obligations, and responsibilities that govern the relationship between JustSeva and the Partner.
  • JustSeva provides a digital marketplace platform to connect customers (“Consumers”) with verified service providers (“Partners”) for a variety of services, including, but not limited to, Home Services, Personal Care & Grooming, Repair & Maintenance, Event & Wedding Services, Education & Training, Transport & Travel, Health & Wellness, and Professional Services.
  • The Partner, by registering on the Platform, seeks to avail business opportunities by receiving customer leads and agrees to provide services in compliance with the terms outlined herein.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By clicking “Register” or “Agree” on the Partner App/Website, or by continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety.
  • If you do not agree with any clause, you must not register or must discontinue using the Platform as a Partner.

Binding Nature

  • This Agreement is binding on both parties from the date the Partner successfully registers and completes the verification process on the Platform (“Effective Date”).
  • It shall remain valid until terminated in accordance with Clause 11 (Termination of Partnership).

 

1. Partner Eligibility & Registration

a) Minimum Age Requirement

  • The Partner must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration.
  • By registering on the JustSeva Platform, the Partner represents and warrants that they are legally competent to enter into binding agreements under the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

b) Mandatory Identification and Business Documents

  • The Partner shall provide valid identification and business documents, which shall include but not be limited to:
    • Aadhaar Card (mandatory for individuals).
    • Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card (mandatory for individuals and businesses).
    • Goods and Services Tax (GST) Registration Certificate, wherever legally applicable to the Partner’s business operations.
  • JustSeva reserves the right to:
    • Reject unclear, expired, or fraudulent documents.
    • Request updated documentation at any stage.
    • Suspend or terminate the Partner’s account if false documents are submitted.

c) Category-Specific Licenses and Certifications

  • Where applicable, Partners must submit valid professional or trade licenses before activation of their account, including but not limited to:
    • Medical licenses for doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, or healthcare professionals.
    • Technical trade certifications for electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, or mechanics.
    • Professional qualification certificates for tutors, trainers, accountants, or legal consultants.
  • JustSeva may restrict or deny leads to Partners failing to provide the required licenses.

d) Accuracy of Information

  • Partners must provide true, complete, and accurate information during registration, including:
    • Personal details (full legal name, mobile number, and email ID).
    • Business details (business entity name, GST details if applicable, and registered address).
    • Banking details (for wallet refunds and settlements).
  • Any misrepresentation, falsification, or concealment of material facts shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may lead to:
    • Immediate suspension of the Partner account;
    • Forfeiture of any balance in the Partner’s wallet; and
    • Permanent blacklisting from the Platform.

e) Single Account Policy

  • Each Partner is permitted to maintain only one verified account on the Platform.
  • The creation of multiple accounts using different credentials (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, email, or mobile number) is prohibited.
  • In the event of a violation, JustSeva reserves the right to:
    • Suspend or terminate all related accounts.
    • Forfeit any remaining wallet balance; and
    • Permanently restrict the Partner from future registration.

 

2. Verification & Background Checks

a) Right to Verification

  • JustSeva reserves the absolute right to verify the identity, documents, and background of every Partner before and during their association with the Platform.
  • Verification is mandatory before the Partner is granted access to receive customer leads or provide services.

b) Types of Background Checks
JustSeva, directly or through authorized third-party agencies, may conduct the following checks on a Partner:

  • Criminal Record Check – to ensure the Partner has no pending or past criminal convictions that may affect consumer safety.
  • Address Verification – to validate the residential or business address provided during registration.
  • Professional Qualification Validation – to confirm the authenticity of licenses, certifications, or qualifications submitted for category-specific services.
  • Business Compliance Checks – where applicable, verification of GST registration and PAN details to ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations.

c) Ongoing Verification

  • JustSeva may, at its sole discretion, require Partners to resubmit updated documents or undergo re-verification periodically.
  • Such verification may occur annually, or earlier if complaints, irregularities, or suspected fraud are reported.

d) Consequences of Failed Verification

  • If a Partner fails verification checks, provides false or misleading information, or refuses to comply with re-verification requirements, JustSeva may:
    • Suspend the Partner account temporarily until the issue is resolved.
    • Terminate the Partner account permanently in case of fraud or serious non-compliance.
    • Forfeit any wallet balance or pending settlements in the event of fraudulent conduct.

e) Partner Consent

  • By registering on the Platform, the Partner expressly consents to:
    • JustSeva is conducting background checks, either internally or through third-party agencies.
    • JustSeva retains copies of submitted documents in compliance with applicable laws.
    • JustSeva is sharing verification data with relevant authorities if legally required.

 

3. Service Delivery Standards

a) Professionalism

  • The Partner shall conduct themselves in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner at all times while interacting with customers, JustSeva staff, or other stakeholders.
  • The Partner must:
    • Arrive on time for confirmed bookings.
    • Maintain clear and polite communication with customers.
    • Dress appropriately and ensure personal hygiene.
  • Any behavior that is abusive, discriminatory, or unprofessional shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

b) Quality of Services

  • All services provided by the Partner must conform to industry-recognized standards and the expectations reasonably held by the customer.
  • The Partner must:
    • Use appropriate tools, equipment, and materials required for the job.
    • Ensure work is completed within agreed timelines.
    • Rectify any errors or deficiencies identified by the customer in a timely manner.
  • Example: An electrician must ensure that wiring is safely installed and tested before marking the job as complete.

c) Safety & Compliance

  • The Partner shall strictly comply with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations applicable to their category of services.
  • The Partner must:
    • Take adequate precautions to prevent accidents or property damage.
    • Follow hygiene protocols (e.g., use of masks, gloves, sanitizers for grooming/health services).
    • Adhere to government-mandated safety guidelines (e.g., COVID-19 protocols, fire safety standards).
  • Any violation endangering consumer safety will result in immediate suspension and possible legal action.

d) Prohibited Conduct
The Partner shall not engage in any of the following:

  • Misbehavior, Harassment, or Misconduct – including use of abusive language, harassment, threats, or any inappropriate physical/online behavior towards customers.
  • Overcharging or Unauthorized Charges – demanding payments beyond what is pre-agreed on the Platform or outside the scope of service.
  • Sharing of Customer Data – using or disclosing customer contact details, addresses, or booking information outside the Platform, except for service-related communication approved by JustSeva.
  • Subcontracting – passing on the assigned service to unverified or third-party individuals without prior written approval from JustSeva.

e) Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • Failure to adhere to these Service Delivery Standards may result in:
    • Warnings or penalties.
    • Temporary suspension of the Partner account.
    • Permanent termination and blacklisting from the Platform.
    • Forfeiture of any wallet balance in cases of fraud or misconduct.

 

4. Lead System & Payments

a) Free Leads for New Partners

  • Every newly registered Partner shall be entitled to receive three (3) complimentary leads upon successful verification and activation of their account.
  • These free leads are provided as a trial benefit to enable the Partner to experience the Platform before committing to further engagement.
  • Such free leads are non-transferable and have no monetary refund value.

b) Lead Charges

  • After the initial free leads are exhausted, each subsequent customer lead will be charged at ₹20 (Indian Rupees Twenty only).
  • The Platform reserves the right to revise the lead charge periodically, with prior notice to the Partner.
  • Lead charges will be automatically deducted from the Partner’s wallet balance maintained on the Platform.

c) Refund Policy for Invalid Leads

  • A lead shall be deemed invalid if:
    • The customer contact details are incorrect or fake.
    • The customer is unresponsive despite at least three genuine attempts by the Partner.
    • The customer cancels before any engagement is confirmed.
  • In such cases, the deducted lead charge shall be refunded to the Partner’s wallet balance within a reasonable period.
  • Refund decisions made by JustSeva shall be final and binding.

d) Customer Payments

  • Customers shall pay the Partner directly upon satisfactory completion of the service.
  • Accepted payment modes include:
    • Cash
    • Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
    • Debit/Credit Card
    • Bank Transfer
  • Partners must provide a receipt or acknowledgment upon customer request.

e) No Commission Policy

  • JustSeva acts solely as a lead generation and service facilitation platform.
  • The Platform does not deduct commission from payments made by customers to Partners.
  • The entire service fee, as mutually agreed between the Partner and the customer, shall belong to the Partner.

f) Wallet Balance Requirement

  • Partners are required to maintain a positive wallet balance on the Platform to continue receiving new leads.
  • If the wallet balance falls below zero (₹0), the Partner’s account shall be temporarily restricted from receiving additional leads until the wallet is recharged.
  • Wallet recharges may be made through UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or other digital methods provided by the Platform.

g) Partner’s Responsibility

  • Partners are solely responsible for:
    • Pricing negotiations with customers (within fair and transparent limits).
    • Ensuring payment collection from customers.
    • Managing wallet recharges in a timely manner.

 

5. Partner Responsibilities

a) Timely Response to Leads

  • The Partner shall respond promptly to all customer leads and communications received through the Platform.
  • Failure to respond to multiple leads within a reasonable time may result in:
    • Temporary suspension of new lead allocation, or
    • Lower lead priority compared to active Partners.

b) Punctuality & Commitment

  • The Partner must arrive on or before the agreed time for all confirmed bookings.
  • If the Partner is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, they must inform both the customer and JustSeva at the earliest possible opportunity.
  • Repeated delays or missed appointments may attract penalties, suspension, or termination.

c) Professional Appearance & Hygiene

  • The Partner shall maintain neat clothing, personal hygiene, and a professional appearance while delivering services.
  • For service categories requiring physical contact (e.g., grooming, healthcare, wellness), Partners must follow basic hygiene practices, such as sanitized hands, clean tools, and use of masks/gloves if necessary.

d) Tools, Equipment & Materials

  • The Partner must carry the necessary tools, equipment, and materials required for service delivery, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
  • Tools and equipment must be:
    • Safe, functional, and in good condition.
    • Suitable for the type of service being provided.
  • Example: An electrician must carry insulated tools and basic wiring material for minor repairs.

e) Customer Property Care

  • The Partner shall exercise due care and caution when handling customer property.
  • Any accidental damage caused during service shall be the Partner’s responsibility. The Partner must:
    • Repair the damage at no additional cost, OR
    • Compensate the customer fairly.
  • JustSeva may mediate disputes but shall not be liable for Partner-caused damages.

f) Financial Integrity

  • The Partner shall avoid requesting unnecessary or unauthorized advances from customers.
  • Advances may only be requested if:
    • Materials or parts need to be purchased; AND
    • The customer has agreed to the advance in writing (e.g., app confirmation, receipt, or message acknowledgment).
  • Unreasonable demands for advance payments may result in disciplinary action.

 

6. JustSeva’s Responsibilities

a) Provision of Verified Leads

  • JustSeva shall make reasonable efforts to provide Partners with genuine, verified customer leads through the Platform.
  • Verification may include:
    • Mobile number/email OTP validation.
    • Address confirmation.
    • Monitoring of suspicious or duplicate requests.
  • However, JustSeva does not guarantee conversion of leads into confirmed bookings, as the final engagement depends on customer discretion.

b) Service Monitoring Until Closure

  • JustSeva shall monitor the lifecycle of each service request from lead generation until case closure.
  • Monitoring includes:
    • Lead acceptance by Partner.
    • Communication status between customer and Partner.
    • Service completion updates.
  • If disputes arise, JustSeva may intervene as a neutral mediator to assist in fair resolution.

c) 24×7 Customer & Partner Support

  • JustSeva shall provide round-the-clock support through:
    • Customer helpline
    • Partner helpline
    • Live chat and email assistance
  • The support team will:
    • Address queries related to leads, wallet, and service issues.
    • Escalate unresolved matters to higher management.
    • Provide timely updates on complaint resolutions.

d) Refund of Invalid/Unconfirmed Leads

  • JustSeva shall refund lead charges to the Partner’s wallet in cases where:
    • The customer details provided are incorrect, fake, or incomplete.
    • The customer is unresponsive after genuine attempts by the Partner.
    • The customer cancels before any engagement is finalized.
  • Refund processing timelines shall be communicated on the Platform, and decisions made by JustSeva shall be final and binding.

e) Action Against Fraudulent or Abusive Customers

  • JustSeva shall take strict action against customers who engage in fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activities, provided sufficient proof is submitted by the Partner.
  • Actions may include:
    • Temporary or permanent blocking of customer accounts.
    • Blacklisting customers from the Platform.
    • Cooperating with law enforcement authorities if required.

 

7. Cancellations & Disputes

a) Partner Cancellations

  • If a Partner cancels a confirmed booking without providing a valid and reasonable justification, JustSeva reserves the right to:
    • Apply penalties, which may include temporary suspension of new lead allocation.
    • Reduce the Partner’s priority in future lead assignments.
    • Initiate an account review and, in cases of repeated cancellations, permanently terminate the Partner’s account.
  • Valid reasons for cancellation (e.g., health emergencies, force majeure events) must be promptly reported to JustSeva support with adequate proof.

b) Customer Cancellations

  • If a customer cancels a confirmed booking:
    • No penalty shall be imposed on the Partner.
    • JustSeva will attempt to reassign the same lead to the Partner in future (where feasible) or connect the Partner with another available customer.
  • Customer cancellations shall not affect the Partner’s performance rating unless there is clear evidence of Partner-related delay or misconduct.

c) Dispute Resolution Process

  • In the event of a dispute between a customer and a Partner regarding:
    • Pricing (charges beyond the agreed estimate),
    • Quality of Service (incomplete, unsafe, or substandard work), or
    • Misconduct (misbehavior, harassment, or unprofessional behavior),
  • JustSeva shall act as a neutral mediator.
  • The process shall include:
    • Review of booking details, communication logs, and service feedback.
    • Collection of evidence (photos, receipts, or written complaints) where applicable.
    • Providing both parties with an opportunity to explain their case.

d) Finality of Decision

  • After conducting a fair review, JustSeva shall deliver a decision regarding refunds, penalties, or corrective actions.
  • Such a decision shall be final, binding, and non-contestable for both the customer and the Partner.

e) Escalation of Serious Disputes

  • For serious cases (e.g., property damage, fraud, harassment, or safety risks), JustSeva may:
    • Suspend or permanently remove the Partner from the Platform.
    • Restrict abusive customers from further use of the Platform.
    • Report the matter to law enforcement authorities, if legally required.

 

8. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

a) Confidential Treatment of Customer Information

  • The Partner shall treat all customer information received through the Platform as strictly confidential.
  • Customer information includes, but is not limited to:
    • Name, phone number, and address
    • Service request details
    • Payment-related information (if shared for service completion)
  • Such information shall be used solely for fulfilling the booked service and for no other purpose.

b) Prohibition on Misuse of Data

  • The Partner shall not misuse, store, copy, or disclose customer data for:
    • Personal benefit
    • Marketing, sales, or promotional activities outside JustSeva
    • Third-party sharing or resale
  • Any attempt to build a customer database outside the Platform using JustSeva’s leads is strictly prohibited.

c) Data Handling Standards

  • The Partner must ensure that all customer-related records (digital or physical) are handled securely.
  • Any notes, receipts, or communication with the customer must not be stored beyond the completion of service unless required for legal or tax compliance.
  • Sensitive customer information must be permanently deleted once the service is fulfilled.

d) Breach & Consequences

  • Violation of this clause shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
  • Consequences may include:
    • Immediate termination of the Partner account
    • Forfeiture of any wallet balance or pending settlements
    • Reporting the Partner to the relevant authorities under the Indian IT and Data Protection Laws
    • Legal action, including claims for damages or penalties arising from the misuse of data

e) JustSeva’s Rights

  • JustSeva reserves the right to:
    • Monitor Partner activity on the Platform to detect potential misuse of customer data
    • Suspend or block a Partner account in case of suspected data breach
    • Share evidence of misconduct with law enforcement authorities if required by law

 

9. Earnings & Taxes

a) Direct Payment from Customers

  • All payments for services rendered shall be made directly by the customer to the Partner upon satisfactory completion of the service.
  • Accepted payment modes may include:
    • Cash
    • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
    • Debit/Credit Cards
    • Bank Transfers
  • JustSeva shall not collect, hold, or disburse payments on behalf of the Partner unless otherwise notified in writing.

b) Responsibility for Income Reporting

  • The Partner is solely responsible for recording, reporting, and maintaining accounts of all income earned through the Platform.
  • JustSeva shall not be held liable for any under-reporting, misreporting, or non-compliance by the Partner in respect of earnings.
  • Partners are encouraged to maintain proper books of account for transparency and legal compliance.

c) Tax Obligations

  • The Partner shall ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, including but not limited to:
    • Goods and Services Tax (GST): Partners required under law to register for GST must obtain a GSTIN and charge GST on their services wherever applicable.
    • Professional Tax: Partners must pay applicable state-level professional tax.
    • Income Tax: Partners must file income tax returns and pay tax on earnings as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.
  • JustSeva bears no responsibility for collection, deduction, or remittance of any taxes on behalf of the Partner.

d) GST Compliance for Partners

  • If applicable, Partners shall:
    • Provide their valid GSTIN at the time of registration.
    • Issue tax invoices to customers for services rendered (where legally required).
    • Ensure timely filing of GST returns with the appropriate tax authorities.
  • Failure to comply with GST obligations may result in suspension of services or restrictions on the Partner account until compliance is achieved.

e) JustSeva’s Non-Liability

  • JustSeva is a facilitation and lead-generation platform only and shall not be considered the employer, contractor, or agent of the Partner.
  • Accordingly, JustSeva shall not be liable for:
    • Any tax liabilities of the Partner
    • Penalties, interest, or legal consequences arising out of the Partner’s non-compliance with tax laws
  • In the event that JustSeva suffers financial or reputational loss due to a Partner’s non-compliance with tax laws, JustSeva reserves the right to recover damages from the Partner.

 

10. Code of Conduct

a) Respectful Customer Interaction

  • Partners must treat all customers with courtesy, respect, and dignity.
  • Communication should always be polite, professional, and free from offensive, discriminatory, or threatening language.
  • Any form of harassment — verbal, physical, or digital — will be treated as a serious violation and may result in immediate termination.

b) Prohibition on Alcohol, Smoking, or Substance Use

  • Partners are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol, narcotics, or other intoxicating substances while on duty or during service delivery.
  • Smoking or the use of tobacco in customer premises is also prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the customer.
  • Violation of this clause shall result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

c) Delivery of Authorized Services Only

  • Partners shall deliver only the services listed in their verified profile on the Platform.
  • Offering unrelated, unauthorized, or illegal services (e.g., unapproved medical treatments, black-market goods, or unlicensed activities) is strictly prohibited.
  • Attempting to upsell unrelated services without customer consent will be treated as misconduct.

d) Professional Conduct During Service

  • Partners must maintain a professional appearance, including neat clothing and basic hygiene.
  • Tools and equipment must be used safely and responsibly.
  • Partners must follow all applicable laws and safety standards relevant to their category of service.

e) Performance Standards & Reviews

  • Partners are subject to ongoing monitoring based on customer ratings, reviews, and feedback.
  • Consistently poor ratings or repeated complaints may lead to:
    • Warnings and corrective training
    • Temporary suspension from receiving new leads
    • Permanent termination in case of continued poor performance

f) Misconduct & Disciplinary Action

  • Misconduct includes, but is not limited to:
    • Abuse, harassment, or threats towards customers or JustSeva staff
    • Dishonest practices such as overcharging, fraud, or misrepresentation
    • Breach of confidentiality or misuse of customer data
  • Consequences may include:
    • Deduction of wallet balance
    • Temporary or permanent suspension
    • Legal action depends on the severity of misconduct

 

11. Termination of Partnership

a) Right of JustSeva to Terminate or Suspend

  • JustSeva reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a Partner’s account under the following circumstances:
    • Engagement in fraudulent activities, including falsification of documents, identity misrepresentation, or misappropriation of funds.
    • Receipt of repeated customer complaints relating to poor service quality, misconduct, harassment, or unprofessional behavior.
    • Failure to consistently meet the professional standards outlined in this Agreement, including punctuality, quality of work, and service integrity.
    • Violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or this Agreement.

b) Immediate Termination without Notice

  • JustSeva may terminate a Partner account with immediate effect and without prior notice if the Partner is found engaging in:
    • Criminal activities or unlawful conduct.
    • Misuse or unauthorized sharing of customer data.
    • Actions that endanger customer safety, including harassment, threats, or violence.
    • Repeated non-compliance with safety and hygiene standards in sensitive service categories (e.g., healthcare, grooming, child care).

c) Consequences of Termination by JustSeva

  • Upon termination:
    • The Partner shall lose access to the Platform and all pending leads.
    • Any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited in cases of fraud or misconduct; otherwise, it shall be refunded within 30 business days.
    • The Partner may be permanently blacklisted from re-registering with JustSeva.
    • JustSeva may report fraudulent or unlawful conduct to law enforcement authorities for further action.

d) Partner-Initiated Termination

  • A Partner may choose to terminate their association with JustSeva at any time by:
    • Submit an official termination request through the Partner App or Website.
    • Clearing any pending disputes, complaints, or obligations.
    • Requesting closure of wallet balance, which shall be refunded (if applicable) within 30 business days.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

a) Nature of JustSeva’s Role

  • JustSeva acts solely as a digital marketplace and technology platform designed to connect customers (“Consumers”) with service providers (“Partners”).
  • The Platform serves only as an intermediary for lead generation, booking facilitation, and monitoring of service requests.
  • JustSeva shall not be deemed to be the employer, contractor, agent, or representative of the Partner.

b) No Responsibility for Service Execution

  • JustSeva is not responsible for:
    • The quality, timeliness, or completeness of the services delivered by the Partner.
    • Tools, materials, or techniques used by the Partner in the course of service delivery.
    • Any acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of the Partner.
  • The Partner shall bear full and sole responsibility for the execution of services and outcomes delivered to customers.

c) No Liability in Payment Disputes

  • Payments for services are made directly by the customer to the Partner.
  • JustSeva does not:
    • Collect payments on behalf of the Partner (except wallet-based lead charges).
    • Guarantee payment recovery in case of disputes between the customer and the Partner.
    • Intervene in disputes related to pricing or additional costs unless fraud or misconduct is reported.

d) No Liability for Damages

  • JustSeva shall not be liable for:
    • Physical or property damage caused during service delivery.
    • Loss, theft, or destruction of customer belongings while a Partner is on assignment.
    • Personal injury, health risks, or accidents arising during the execution of services.
  • The Partner accepts full accountability for any such damages and shall be responsible for compensating the affected customer.

 

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

a) Applicable Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the provisions of the laws of India, including but not limited to:
    • The Indian Contract Act, 1872
    • The Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended)
    • Applicable rules and regulations under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws
    • Any other laws, rules, or regulations as may be applicable to the services rendered by Partners

b) Jurisdiction of Courts

  • All disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in [Your City/State], to the exclusion of all other courts.
  • The Partner expressly waives any objection to such jurisdiction on grounds of venue or forum non conveniens.

c) Dispute Resolution Encouragement

  • Both Parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation facilitated by JustSeva before approaching the courts.
  • However, in cases where resolution is not possible, legal proceedings shall be governed by Clause 13(b).

d) Severability of Legal Provisions

  • If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

a) By registering on the JustSeva Partner App/Website, you (the Partner) hereby confirm that you have:

  • Carefully read this Partner Contract Agreement in its entirety.
  • Fully understood the rights, responsibilities, and obligations set forth herein.
  • Voluntarily agreed to abide by all the terms, conditions, and policies contained in this Agreement, including any updates or amendments made by JustSeva from time to time.

b) You further acknowledge and agree that:

  • This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and JustSeva.
  • Failure to comply with the provisions of this Agreement may result in suspension, termination, financial liability, or legal action as specified herein.
  • Your continued use of the JustSeva Platform signifies your ongoing acceptance of this Agreement and its future modifications.

c) JustSeva acknowledges the Partner’s role as an essential contributor to the growth of the Platform and reaffirms its commitment to providing a fair, transparent, and growth-oriented ecosystem for all verified Partners.
